This week, for Shared Reading, we read books about colors. We learned about primary and secondary colors. Then, to finish the week off, we made play dough. Everyone had a great time and we now have a lot of new playdough for our Playdough Center.

More Pirate Fun
The kids and I kept the pirate fun going in our classroom all week long! We read some great pirate stories, played a new math game called, 25 Treasure Chests and made our own pirate scalawags!
This game is a class favorite!
The kids built their pirate based on their answers to my questions.
